TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Only orders made through the shopping cart will be processed.

2. You will then receive an order confirmation with the invoice via email from us.

3. Payment is to be made via Fund Transfer (IBanking / ATM) to either a UOB or DBS account. Details will be given in the invoice.

4. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

5. All prices are INCLUSIVE of shipping cost. No handling charge & local delivery (Normal mail) will be waived. Hence, NO hidden cost.



6. Since we're not be liable for any loss during Normal mail delivery, we encourage our customers to opt for Registered mail at an additional charge of S$2.50. Please select the option when entering your particulars.

7. With the exception of those under the "Pre-Order" section, all our products are already available on hand and will be sent upon payment. Kindly note that late payment will result in the delay of arrival time.

8. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping for Pre-Order items.

9. No exchange nor refund is allowed.
